Silk Screening
Screening is a paint application process to create art on garments (Example: Reunion Tee Shirts). Screening or imprinting is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink or other printable materials which can be pressed through the mesh as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate, creating an image. This treatment is great on tee shirts, crew sweats and Hoodies.

Embroidery
Embroidery is a method of using stitches to sew monograms, logo’s and words onto desired garments. Machine embroidery, arising in the early stages of the Industrial Revolution, mimics hand embroidery, especially in the use of chain stitches, but the “satin stitch” and hemming stitches of machine work rely on the use of multiple threads and resemble hand work in their appearance, not their construction.

Twill or Applique
In the context of sewing, an appliqué refers to a Patchwork technique in which pieces of fabric, or other materials are sewn onto another piece of fabric to create designs, patterns or pictures (Patchwork). It is particularly suitable for work which is to be seen from a distance, such as in a Lin Greek Jacket.

Chenille: In general, Chenille is a yarn (3D) design on a felt patch. Keller Kustoms can create patch designs for any business, activity or sport you can think of from football, cheerleading, baseball, drill team to non-sport activities.
